SPRMRKT is a unique all-day dining and lifestyle brand by The Supermarket Company. It is the group’s first cultural-culinary concept that combines F&B, retail and art into a singular, multi-faceted casual experience. Founded in 2012, the homegrown brand operates two venues: SPRMRKT at Cluny Court, housed in a conserved boutique mall near Singapore Botanic Gardens and SPRMRKT at STPI along the Robertson Quay riverfront. Located above SPRMRKT at STPI, SPRMRKT Kitchen & Bar is a catering facility and events space dedicated to transformative hospitality experiences. Menus feature simple all-day fare accented with Southeast Asian flavours, wholesome ingredients and freshly baked goods. SPRMRKT launched a nutritious, sustainable and innovative plant-based menu with Green Monday to improve our health and reduce our environmental footprint.
