Shangri-La Hotel Singapore is joining the Green Monday movement by incorporating more plant-based items on their restaurant menus!
The hotel is set to curate a range of nutritious, innovative, and more sustainable dishes in the year of 2019. For this campaign, Shangri-La Singapore has invited Italian Vegan Chef Damian Piedrahita over to consult and design their new green menu. In February 2019, their team hosted a vegan fine-dining dinner at Waterfall Ristorante Italiano, and in March 2019, a four-hands dinner at Origin Grill with Chef Damian and Chef Heidi Flanagan that offered a 6-course full-vegan menu.
